Another example of how our eyes are easily deceived.

Girl Who Doesn’t Age - Video
As baffling as the curious case of Benjamin Button. She is now 16 years old. Should have started when one is 21 years old instead. Well, you can’t have everything.
Clay Shirky: How cellphones, Twitter, Facebook can make history on TED
Great talk. On the other hand, the same media can still hijack the internet, as with all the traffic the past few days on Michael Jackson.

Tour NYC With Mystery Tourist
Only focus on NYC, and way cheaper than Matt. I suspect that he is a resident as he has too many outfits for a tourist.
Now I wish there are more such dances for all the major cities in the world.

UK Electrical Folding Plug
Very cool design. However, it’s still in design stage. Even then, unless you are in the following countries; UK, Ireland, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Yemen, Oman, Cyprus, Malta, Gibraltar, Botswana, Ghana, Hong Kong, Macau, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Mauritius, Iraq, Kuwait, Tanzania and Zimbabwe. A multi socket adaptor is still required for travelling.
I Swallow
Must have missed this ad when it came out. Zoe Tay, so I suppose it’s on magazines here in Singapore.
G.I.Joe Trailer
Hum. Seems that all the scenes are derivatives of Halo, X-Men, Spiderman, Matrix, transformers…

Michelle Obama in Soup Kitchen
Funny caption by Wulfweard.
Cost of a bowl of soup at homeless shelter: $0.00
Having Michelle Obama serve your soup: $0.00
A homeless person who is receiving government funded meals while taking a picture of the first lady using his $500 Black Berry cell phone: $$$$ Priceless

Iran - Please stop the violence
It has been a very disturbing weekend. Despite the censorship, we are getting lots of reports via the internet. Even the media like CNN and BBC are using them. Most disturbing are not the new media like Twitter but from YouTube, where the death of some of the protesters are taken via the camera phone video and manages to bypass the internet restriction impose by the authorities .
Iran, Tehran: wounded girl dying in front of camera
Whatever the government is trying to do to prevent the protest, it is unforgivable killing their own citizens using real bullets. My heart goes out to them.

2012 - Trailer
The Mayan’s calendar ends on Dec 23rd, 2012. Maybe it’s not the end of the world, but that they just weren’t around to extend it?

This is an old one. Still, after watching it so many times I’ve still not been able to do it without help. Maybe I should put this video on my phone.

Tetris Turns 25
(link to the original human tetris performance)
Pirated, imitated and all the political intrigue. Yet still alive and even plans for the next 25 years.
Climb Mt. Fuji from Yamanashi and get a certificate in any 4 languages
(via Japan Probe)
Get a certificate in one of the 4 languages (English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese), but only if you go from Yamanashi instead of Shizuoka. At 3776 metres (12388 ft), the mountain can be scaled without mountaineering equipment due to it’s gentle volcanic slope but only during the summer months (July and August).
Looks like a interesting challenge if you are planning to visit Japan.
Explaining Sex For The Deaf

YouTube For TV – Looks Good for Netbooks too
YouTube for TV looks great for any internet device connected to your TV (Wii browser, Media PC, etc). Just add ‘/xl’ to the end of the standard YouTube’s url.
Actually, it is also great for Netbooks.

NDP 2009 Coverage
Mr. Brown covering the Singapore National Day Parade rehearsals. Here and here. Just wondering how many countries in the world prepares for their parade two and a half months before the day itself, in this case 9th August.
The Astounding World Of The Future Parody
The Astounding World of the Future is already here, just not what most people in the past imagined it to be.
