Last Week Tonight with John Oliver: Leap Second (HBO)

Imagine all those leap seconds in the pass that people don't know about in the past before the modern era of satellite, gps, etc. This change is due to the slow down of the earth's rotation. As for the earth's orbit around the Sun, even the leap years are not enough as the year is 365.24xxxx (not exactly a quarter) which would mean we need to do the same as we will be off by 1 day every 3236 years. Still trying to find out when it is, assuming that particular year will have Feb 30. Sorry for those that uses the cosmos to argue for God's perfection.
