Master Your Muscle: Here's How To Optimise Your Workouts Specifically For Each Muscle

This is going to help me formulate a list of exercise that can build strength without equipment (body weight only) that can be done even at home. 3 minutes everyday day with 3 different exercise targeting 3 areas of the body (upper, core and lower). People are so busy these days that most can't maintain a 20 minutes x 3 aerobic exercise a week.
